APPROVED subject to the following conditions:-

1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun on or before 20.05.2022.
2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following submitted drawings:
   Existing and Proposed Plans and Elevations: Drawing No. LH/PL01 (A), received 22 March 2019.
   Location Plan: OS 100019980, received 26 March 2019.
3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby
   permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

Reasons for Conditions:-
